Green salad with halloumi cheese, strawberries and balsamic cream

Ingredients

1 head of lettuce

1 head of red leaf lettuce

1 bunch of rocket

1 tbsp walnuts

5–6 strawberries

150 g halloumi cheese

4 tbsp olive oil

salt

freshly ground pepper

2 tbsp galaxy fig balsamic cream

Execution

Mix the dressing ingredients. chop up the washed lettuce and place in a deep bowl. the halloumi can be fried, grilled or even used raw in the salad, along with the other ingredients. mix the salad well, place it in a salad bowl and garnish with the fig balsamic cream.
