Roast vegetables with fresh basil and balsamic cream

1 aubergine 1 courgette 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 1 potato 1 onion 1 garlic clove 1 tomato half bunch of fresh basil olive oil salt pepper GALAXY balsamic cream


Chop up your vegetables in slices and place them in a bowl with the finely-chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and lightly brush with olive oil. Roast on a grill or griddle until soft and brown. As soon as they are ready, serve and garnish with roughly chopped basil and balsamic cream.
