Galaxy balsamic vinegar is all you need to make everything tasty

Use it to add a sweet and sour note to dishes such as okra, dishes including many onions or rich tomato sauces. Try it with fried cheeses and you won’t soon forget it.

If you are vegan, we have the solution

Who said vegan dishes can’t be extra tasty? Mix coconut milk with lots of herbs, such as parsley, basil and dill, and add the award-winning Galaxy balsamic cream with orange. Salads, cold pasta and many other dishes will take on a whole new flavour.

Hot potato

Potatoes are an easy dish that everyone loves. A very simple and tasty recipe is placing baby potatoes in the oven without peeling them, after having tossed them well in olive oil and Galaxy orange balsamic cream. Add pepper, wrap in parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes at 120 degrees.

If you like the hot stuff

Spicy food is good for the heart and strengthens your metabolism. So, if you like hot flavours just add the Galaxy balsamic cream with chilli to your cooking. It will be your hottest proposal.

Correct your kitchen “mistakes”

Did you add too much red pepper to your dish? Add Galaxy white vinegar or cider vinegar to neutralise the burn, and don’t forget that meatballs and burgers are fluffier and spicier if you soak the bread in vinegar instead of water.

Perfect poached eggs

Prepare perfect poached eggs by adding a tablespoon of white vinegar to the boiling water.

They are beautiful and look great in green

Galaxy balsamic creams complement most dishes and all green salads, especially those with cold cuts or fatty cheeses. Mixing them with olive oil will give you incredible dressings, but they are just as great on their own, adding a unique flavour to all greens.

It is about quality, not quantity

You don’t need to use large quantities of Galaxy balsamic creams. Half a tablespoon for a dish serving 4 should be enough to add a sweet and sour taste to pan-fried meats, sausages and steaks.

Like classical music, for flavour

Add the classic Galaxy balsamic cream to sautéed mushrooms, green beans, roast onions or roast tomatoes. For a more gourmet touch, add it to a caprese salad with tomato, mozzarella and basil.

Enlivening your vegetables

Galaxy vinegar loves vegetables. Peas, courgettes, cauliflower and all other fresh vegetables remain fresh when you cook or boil them without covering them and by adding a few drops of vinegar when you start cooking them.

Where’s the cheese?

Finish off a feast with an equally powerful finale. Mix sliced fresh strawberries with mascarpone cream and pour Galaxy balsamic cream over them. If you want to take it a step further, stuff figs with gorgonzola and pour our unique Galaxy balsamic cream with fig over them. There is no better way to end a meal.

Imaginative tips

If you like to use your imagination while cooking, use Galaxy’s fruity balsamic creams with ice cream or fruit sorbets. The flavour will be unforgettable for you and your guests, and it will certainly place you in the category of the world's greatest gourmet chefs.

Energy boost!

Odourless cauliflower

Add a tablespoon of vinegar to the water used to boil your cauliflower in order to keep it from smelling and to keep it clean and fresh.

Fresh cheese
