4 chicken breasts1 tsp olive oil½ tsp salt¼ tsp black pepper½ tsp sweet paprika¾ tsp onion powderFor the honey and balsamic vinegar sauce
¾ tsp onion powder2 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tbsp ketchup2 tsp finely chopped garlic Place the chicken in a food bag and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and onion powder. Shake the bag so that the spices cover the chicken thoroughly. Whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, ketchup and garlic in a small bowl. Pour half the sauce into the bag and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Place the chicken on a wire rack and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes. When the chicken is ready, brush on the rest of the sauce.
