Ingredients (serves 6-8)

  • • 150 g white tarama (fish roe)
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • 450-500 ml olive oil
  • 2-2½ spoonfuls of Galaxy lemon cream
  • Execution

    Finely blend together the onion, lemon cream and tarama. Then slowly add the olive oil, as you would when making mayonnaise. Set aside for at least 2 hours in order for the ingredients to set. The result will be the creamiest tarama you have ever tasted.
