• 150 g white tarama (fish roe)½ finely chopped onion450-500 ml olive oil2-2½ spoonfuls of Galaxy lemon creamExecution
Finely blend together the onion, lemon cream and tarama. Then slowly add the olive oil, as you would when making mayonnaise. Set aside for at least 2 hours in order for the ingredients to set. The result will be the creamiest tarama you have ever tasted.
