Ingredients

  • 150g mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp spicy mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp dry ground thyme or tarragon or verbena herbal tea, salt, freshly ground pepper
  • If you like garlic, add it crushed, otherwise rub the bowl with a clove to add a light garlic scent. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It can be preserved for 1 week in the fridge in a sealed jar.
