150g mayonnaise5 tbsp spicy mustard1 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp lemon juice1 garlic clove1 tsp dry ground thyme or tarragon or verbena herbal tea, salt, freshly ground pepper If you like garlic, add it crushed, otherwise rub the bowl with a clove to add a light garlic scent. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It can be preserved for 1 week in the fridge in a sealed jar.
