2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup White Balsamic Vinegar (cream) 2 tsp coarse sea salt Execution
Place the potatoes in a bowl, add the olive oil, vinegar and salt, and mix well. Let them sit for 15 minutes and then preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Spread out the potatoes on an oven tray lined with parchment paper and roast for 15-20 minutes; flip the potatoes over, sprinkle more salt over them and roast for another 10-15 minutes until the chips are crispy. Lastly, remove them from the oven and place them on a cooling rack to cool.
