Salad with citrus fruits and galaxy white balsamic cream

2 packets of cream cheese1 packet digestive biscuits½ cow butter1/3 sweetened condensed milkSalt½ jar cherry spoon sweet1 tbsp sugar1 tsp GALAXY Lemon juiceGALAXY Balsamic Cream with Sour CherryExecution
Blend the digestive biscuits into crumbs. Melt the butter and mix. Spread a layer of biscuits on a round base and place in the fridge for the butter to harden. Beat the creams with a whisk, a pinch of salt, the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, place it in the fridge to thicken (for approximately 30 minutes) and pour the cream over the biscuit crumbs in the round base. Caramelise the sugar and mix it with the sour cherry balsamic cream and then pour the sour cherry spoon sweet over the cream (don’t use too much syrup).
