Chicken legs with pomegranate balsamic cream

Ingredients

4 chicken legs

2 tbsp olive oil

salt

freshly ground black pepper

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp mustard

4 tbsp galaxy balsamic cream with pomegranate

Execution

Place the chicken legs in a oven tray and brush with oil, salt and pepper. mix the balsamic cream with the honey and mustard and brush onto the chicken legs. roast in the oven at 190°c for 1 hour and brush every 10 minutes until the mixture is finished.
