½ head of lettuce½ head of iceberg lettuce½ head of radicchio½ bunch of rocket½ head of lollo rosso2 oranges1 grapefruit1 blood orangeOlive oil, saltGALAXY White Balsamic CreamExecution
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and chop them into thick pieces. Peel the fruit completely to clearly reveal its flesh. Using a small knife “fillet” the peeled citrus fruit and place it in a bowl with the salad. Add salt. Mix the olive oil and White Balsamic Cream, pour over the salad and serve.
