Ingredients for the halva
1 cup olive oil, 2 cups coarse semolina, 2 ½ cups brown sugar, ¼ cup walnuts, ½ cup roasted almonds, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp lemon zest, Galaxy Balsamic Cream with Sour Cherry
Execution
Boil the water with the sugar and lemon zest until the sugar dissolves. In a deep pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and roast the semolina, mixing it well until golden for about 6-7 minutes. Carefully remove the pot from the heat and slowly pour the hot syrup over the roasted semolina. Put the halva back on the heat and mix until the liquid is absorbed and the mixture doesn’t stick to the pot. Empty it into cups and serve with the cherry tomato spoon sweet and the Balsamic Cream with Sour Cherry.
Ingredients for the cherry tomato spoon sweet
1 kg cherry tomatoes, 1 kg sugar, 1 tbsp Galaxy Lemon Juice, cinnamon, Galaxy Balsamic Cream with Sour Cherry.
Execution
Wash and blanch the cherry tomatoes in hot water for 1 minute; strain and peel. Place the sugar in a pot with 3 cups of water and prepare the syrup. As soon as the sugar has dissolved, add the cherry tomatoes and boil them with the Galaxy Lemon Juice for ½ hour. Leave the cherry tomatoes in the pot for 12 hours. Pour into jars and serve the halva with the cherry tomatoes and the Galaxy Balsamic Cream with Sour Cherry.
