1 cup olive oil2 cups coarse semolina2 ½ cups brown sugar¼ cup walnuts½ cup roasted almonds1 tbsp cinnamon1 tbsp lemon zestGalaxy Balsamic Cream with Sour CherryExecution
Boil the water with the sugar and lemon zest until the sugar dissolves. In a deep pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and roast the semolina, mixing it well until golden for about 6-7 minutes. Carefully remove the pot from the heat and slowly pour the warm syrup over the roasted semolina. Put the halva back on the heat and mix until the liquid is absorbed and the mixture doesn’t stick to the pot. Empty it into a baking tin and let it cool. Serve the halva with GALAXY Balsamic Cream with Sour Cherry.
