Sweet and sour pork with vegetables and organge balsamic cream

Execution
Finely slice all the vegetables, place them in a pan with olive oil and sauté until soft. Then finely chop the parsley and throw it into the vegetables. Add the salt, pepper and ginger. Lastly, add the corn and lower the heat to cool down. Cut the filo pastry sheets into quarters and wrap 1 tsp of filling in each sheet. Fry in a substantial amount of oil or other fat until golden. Serve with a Balsamic Cream and Soya Sauce dip.
