Ingredients

300g mussels in the shells, ½ bunch of dill, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 large onion, 200 g Carolina rice, salt, pepper, olive oil, 4 spring onions, GALAXY Lemon Balsamic Cream (sauce)

Execution

Sauté the finely chopped onions in olive oil in a large pan. As soon as they become soft, add the rice and mix. Add the tomato paste and continue to sauté. Lastly, add 1 cup of water and as soon as it starts to boil, add the mussels and bring them to a boil once more. As soon as the liquids evaporate, add the salt, pepper and finely chopped dill, and if necessary add water until the rice is cooked. Lastly, add the Lemon Cream Sauce, mix well and serve.
