Grilled Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 kg chopped mushrooms (approximately 6 mm thick)

2 tbsp GALAXY balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 garlic cloves

½ tsp thyme

Salt - pepper

Execution

Marinade the mushrooms in the mixture for 30 minutes. Skewer them and grill them over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until brown.
