2 kg pork leg1 tsp rosemary1 tsp thyme 2-3 garlic cloves θυμάρι 2 έως 3 σκελίδες σκόρδο1 tbsp mustard2 tbsp GALAXY Balsamic Vinegar with Honeyolive oilthe juice of 1 lemonsaltfreshly ground black pepperoreganoExecution
Wash and wipe down the pork, season with salt and pepper, and baste with a mixture of the herbs, mustard and oil. Use a sharp knife to poke holes into the pork and insert the garlic cloves. Place the pork in an oven tray, pour over the lemon juice, cover and marinate in the fridge for 12 hours. Then place the pork in a casserole dish, brush with the Galaxy Balsamic Vinegar with Honey and cook for approximately 1.5 hour at 200°C.
