Ingredients

1 kg lamb leg 2 red apples 5-6 potatoes 4-5 garlic cloves 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary salt pepper olive oil water GALAXY ORANGE Balsamic Cream

Execution

Place the lamb in a large bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic and Orange Balsamic Cream; mix well until the lamb is thoroughly covered with the mixture, cover with cling film and let it marinate for about an hour. Cut the potatoes and apples into wedges and place in an oven tray. Season with salt and pepper and add the lamb, marinade and a little water and mix. Cover the oven tray with tin foil and roast in the oven at 180-200°C for about 2 hours. As soon as the meat is soft, remove the tin foil so that can brown and serve.
