Sweet and sour pork with vegetables and organge balsamic cream

500 g fava beans
2 finely chopped onions
1 finely chopped carrot
1.5-2 litres chicken stock
2 tbsp Galaxy Balsamic Cream
olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
Execution
Sauté the onions and carrot in the olive oil, add the fava beans and continue to sauté until the fava beans are brown. Add the chicken stock and a tsp of salt, and simmer for about an hour until the fava beans are soft. Purée using a hand-held blender; add salt, pepper and a tbsp of Balsamic Cream, and serve.
