Execution
Cut the pork and vegetables into strips. Sauté the pork in a pan with olive oil until white. Then add the vegetables, salt and pepper and continue to sauté until the vegetables soften and start to take on some colour. Once soft, add the orange balsamic cream and caramelise. Lastly, add some water and let all the ingredients set.
