Ingredients
500 g desalted cod fillet, 3 tbsp flour
For the aioli sauce
2 eggs, 2 garlic cloves, 300 ml oil (corn oil), salt, pepper, 1 tbsp GALAXY White Balsamic Cream
Execution
Flour the cod fillets and fry them for 5-10 minutes, depending on how thick they are, until brown. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer for 4-5 minutes and gradually add the oil. When firm, add the salt, pepper, garlic, and Galaxy White Balsamic Cream, and you are ready to go!
