Ingredients
5-6 onions, 150 g cow’s butter, 200 g feta cheese, salt, pepper, 1 pinch of rosemary, 1 packet of filo pastry, GALAXY Balsamic Cream with Honey
Execution
Heat the butter in a pan for a short while. Once heated, add the sliced onions and toss until soft. When soft, add the Fig Balsamic Cream, rosemary, salt, pepper and ½ glass of water, and let it cook until the liquids evaporate and the mixture is thick. Lastly, add the cubed feta cheese. Lay half the filo sheets in an oven tray, add the mixture and then lay the other half of the filo sheets on top. Butter each sheet with a brush. Lastly, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden.
